My takeaway was the eye=opening experience that I am not alone and that I also didn't realize how little I pay attention to myself and take care of myself; how I desperately need to listen to my body, check in on myself and set boundaries because I am struggling at times to keep my head above water. This conference was amazing and I am so thankful for your team and this experience.

In the midst of all the craziness we endured as a group of 7 (with plane delays), I feel that the time spent together was need and meant that much more because #1 we needed it, #2 we were oh, so determined to get there and most of all, #3 we laughed soooo much and I believe laughter feeds the soul.
